Our full inspections include thermal imaging scanning

Unique features about our inspections are that we report on fire and safety issues such as means of egress, fire extinguishers and smoke/CO detectors. Additionally, every full inspection includes thermal imaging scanning which can help to detect moisture intrusion issues and air conditioning performance via airflow leakage behind closed areas not normally visible. Finally, a full inspection will also include a permit/work history report on the property, if any.
