There are so many details to think about. Because it is such a big investment and commitment, a more informed buyer can make a knowledgeable decision with which they can be comfortable with. After all, this can be your home for the next 20 years or more and where dreams and memories will be made.

 

As the owner of Caliber Home Inspections, my goal is to give you peace of mind in knowing the true condition of the house by conducting a thorough and comprehensive inspection as if I was inspecting it for family. I take the time to listen to your questions and concerns and helping people is the drive behind what I do every day. Above all, a home must be safe.
