Caliber Home Inspections is seeking to hire an apprentice/assistant with the goal of aiding the right candidate to acquire their own license. We will help you learn and prepare for your own licensure so that you can have the chance to do full inspections. Reach out today to get started!

 

Responsibilities Include:

- Travel to home inspection site with inspector

- Assist the home inspector on home inspections

- Pick up and drop off lab results

- Learn about building codes, laws and government regulations

- Assist with daily logs, write up reports and taking on-site photographs

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Willingness to take home inspector classes to be licensed within 6-9 months

- Valid driver’s license

- Reliable transportation to inspection site

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

- History of punctuality and reliability

- Physically fit for climbing ladders, walking on roofs, accessing crawl spaces and attics, and standing for long periods of time

- May be required to enter homes that contain allergens such as pets, dust, mold, or other
