"COVID-19 VIRUS" PROTOCOLS

Due to the ongoing corona-virus concerns, we have had to make adjustments to our inspection procedures so that we may properly conduct a thorough inspection while providing a safe working environment for everyone involved as per the guidelines of the CDC and other health officials. The health and safety of our clients and agents is our top priority. As such, the following protocols have been implemented:

• We are requesting a minimal number of persons to be present. Buyers, agents, sellers, homeowners and tenants are being asked NOT to attend or be present at the inspection site in order to minimize the risk of contamination.

• We will call the client at the conclusion of the inspection to provide a verbal summary and discuss the inspection.

• If the client feels they must attend, please do so at the end of the inspection, alone or with as few people as possible.

• Do not attend if you have a fever or cough or any other symptoms.

• Maintain a 6 feet distance of safety between the inspector and anyone else on the property at all times.

• We will wear gloves at every inspection and mask as needed. 

• Inspector reserves the right to cancel the inspection if determination is made that the conditions are unsafe.
