Safety is always the main priority and a home should be a place where you and your family are safe and secure. As buildings age, their systems and components can start to show signs of wear and can sometimes result in failure. Even new buildings could have defects or safety issues. Having a home inspection performed can uncover any potential problems that can be addressed before they can do harm, injury or financial risk. Our unique inspections also include any fire and life safety concerns. We use state of the art infrared thermal image scanning to detect the presence of moisture or elevated heat levels where they should not be.

Paul is a state of Florida DBPR licensed and certified Home Inspector, Mold Assessor and Mold Remediator. He follows comprehensive Florida State Home Inspector Standards of Practice 61-30.801, EPA/OSHA & IICRC/S500 mold standards, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take mandatory accredited continuing education courses. Paul has acquired extensive home inspector training which includes dozens of live classroom, hands-on, online, and video training courses in addition to ongoing education. In order to become certified, Paul was required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems.
